Ok, here we go:
- Don’t smoke. Ever.
- Avoid being exposed to passive smoking.
- Don’t use chewing tobacco.
- Eat fruits, especially fruits with strong colors.
- Eat lots of berries.
- Eat more vegetables.
- Eat more nuts.
- Eat beans.
- Eat onions. If possible, uncooked.
- Eat whole grains.
- Add garlic to as many meals as you can.
- Eat less sugar.
- Eat less processed foods.
- Go easy on the salt.
- Increase your consumption of dietary fiber.
- Drink more water.
- Drink tea. Lots of tea. Especially green tea. Don’t use milk.
- Drink coffee.
- Drink wine (in moderation).
- Limint your alcohol consumption.
- Avoid over-exposure to sunlight.
- Use sunscreen.
- Avoid being exposed to chemicals in your work environment.
- Check your home and work for sources of harmful radiation.
- Don’t microwave your food.
- Eat steamed vegetables rather than boiled.
- Use lots of spices when cooking.
- Pre-cook your meat before putting it on the grill.
- Coat barbecue meat with sauce to avoid direct contact with flames.
- Cut out hig-fat animal protein.
- Eat four or more servings of fish a week.
- Switch from fried potatoes to mashed or boiled.
- Strive to be emotionally balanced.
- Get a screening.
- Exercise for at least 30 minutes every day.
- Use condoms.
- Avoid deodorants and sunscreen containing paraben.

These are long list I have to remember, but I’m glad I following some of the prevention you have stated here. Although I did not know that microwaving foods can be risky.
