		<description>With intermittent fasting becoming more and more popular these days, it is interesting to hear an opposing point of view. Personally, I find fasting to be very unpleasant (as I suppose everyone does). 

I have had plenty of success by keeping a healthy diet without resorting to fasting.</description>
